Insights: In most cases, the professional (architect, landscaper…) drives the process. Consumer makes style choices, but not brand choices. Growth Catalyst Actions: Bolin developed an online planning tool to engage consumers early in the process and seed the brand prior to the meeting with a contractor. Consumers can print their project plan online, giving them a physical, customized, branded piece to take to their initial meeting. Outcomes: Special account features along with an enhanced online brand presence dramatically increased quality engagements and registrations, contributing to an elevated consumer intent to purchase. |
