As the leader in the world of 3D printing, Stratasys needed a brand identity to match its global footprint and advanced technology offering. After a series of mergers and acquisitions, the organization struggled to find its position and story in the marketplace. At Bolin, we used our proprietary DISTIL methodology to guide Stratasys through a brand transformation process, which resulted in a new branding system that was reflective of the company’s leadership position.
The new Stratasys brand included both a visual and verbal design language, which helped resellers, distributors, and regions around the world communicate with one unified master-brand voice. This new system included the development of a new set of brand guidelines, which included brand mark, type mark, typography, colors, patterns, photography style, and universal templates that could be translated into various languages around the world.
