CertainTeed partnered with Bolin to infuse new life into its digital marketing efforts. Bolin led a digital strategy and transformation effort using its DISTIL Workshop methodology that helped identify a common architecture and user experience that would unify the various semi-independent business operating groups. By developing a series of task-based user personas, the team was able to map key connection points across the digital engagement spectrum and ensure the content architecture would support the needs of site visitors.
The site provided a combination of tools to inspire homeowners with ideas and resources for builders, contractors, architects, and distributors. The responsive site design provides the foundation for CertainTeed to add future functionality and online research and tools.
