Brock White, a B2B building materials distributor with locations across the Upper Midwest and Canada, challenged Bolin to help it update its brand and digital strategy for the next generation of customers.
Bolin led and moderated a three-week DISTIL brand immersion workshop to identify the needs of Brock White’s customers. By identifying key customer interaction points, we determined that Brock White would need to overhaul its digital marketing efforts, beginning with a complete re-platforming of its e-commerce system. While accomplishing a light brand refresh, we were able to relaunch the Brock White brand with stronger tools and connection abilities for the next wave of contractors.
Bolin helped Brock White build its photography library, which featured many of the “personal touch” attributes that became a central point of the brand strategy.
