Bolin launches new website and social media campaign for Rubbermaid. Results “Astonishing” says client.

Bolin helped launch a new line of food storage products for Rubbermaid with the creation of a product website and associated social media campaign.  Rubbermaid’s new Easy Find Lids™ food storage system is designed to help keep kitchen cupboards organized.  Bolin recognized this as a universal challenge and set out to create an experience where a visitor to the Rubbermaid site would engage with the product. “We wanted to leverage the site traffic being driven through and FSI coupon by getting Rubbermaid customers more engaged than past campaigns” says Dane Hartzell, President of Bolin’s Digital Group.  “We asked customers to submit their kitchen organization challenges and solutions on the Rubbermaid site and then share it in Facebook in exchange for a chance to win a kitchen makeover.” This gave the campaign much greater exposure than if it was limited to the Rubbermaid site alone. Results have been “astonishing” says Jim Deitzel, Rubbermaid Interactive Marketing Manager. Among other campaign analytics, Bolin is leveraging sophisticated social media monitoring tools to measure the increase in online conversation and brand sentiment. “In addition to being highly innovative and creative, Bolin has a deep understanding of social media concepts and technologies.”  says Deitzel.
